Ephtah Specialty Coffee’s Lalesa station, located in the Gedeb woreda of Ethiopia’s Gedeo Zone, is a prominent producer of high-altitude (2000–2200 masl) Ethiopian heirloom coffee. Led by Wubit Bekele, the station is known for producing exceptional Anaerobic Natural and “Slow Dry” coffees with tasting notes of blueberry, jammy fruits, and violet, often processing coffee for 15-25 days on raised beds. Ephtah Specialty Coffee is dedicated to building sustainable and collaborative supply chains that benefit customers, farmers, and their communities.
