Fazenda Palmital is located in Cabo Verde, in the mountains of the Serra do Pau D’Alho. It’s been in the family for over a century, and process coffee from their three other farms under the same name. Augusto looks after the farm, but the Rodrigues de Melo family works together and counts on a loyal and focused team, formed mostly by professionals who have a generational relationship with the farm. 35% of the farm is kept as protected forest, and the energy needs are met fully by solar power.
