The 3 x 250g Christmas single origin coffees come in a beautiful gift box. There is a card included with more information on each of the 3 coffees, Gold, Frankincense & Myrrh. The labels have a metallic finish for a festive feel. This is a coffee gift fit for a King!
Two of the Christmas coffees are Anearobic fermentation processed. Much like making wine uses this process with grapes, it is less common with coffee cherries. Fermentation occurs naturally with the sugars and water from the coffee cherry and enhanced with the removal of oxygen, which allows microbes and yeasts to thrive. This produces coffee with further depth and creative notes such as the Christmas notes picked out in our chosen beans such as Cooked Cranberry, Rum & Cinnamon. Our third coffee is Honey processed, that leaves mucilage on the bean whilst drying, creating a fuller body, intense aromatics and extra sweetness.
