From Agri Evolve, a profit for purpose coffee processing and farmer education business in the Rwenzori Mountains. This coffee is from 300-500 smallholder farmers each with approx. 2 hectares of land each.
Farms sit between 1300-2100 masl and this extended fermentation of the SL28 and SL14 varietals has been created in a very limited supply. Cherries have been fermented in sealed tanks for 72 hours and then dried on raised sun beds.
