We source and buy only speciality coffee from the UK importer, DR WAKEFIELD. Supplying raw green coffee for 50 years they have long term relationships with farmers from across all coffee growing regions. At ROOST we bring in coffee that highlights all of the regions’ speciality coffee and diversity of Arabica, through their differing varietals, soils, altitudes and processing. At any one time we will stock three blends, a chemical free Swiss Water Decaf and twelve single origin coffees from across the globe.
Espresso blends are roasted for espresso, higher and slower to caramelize, increase body and decrease acidity. Single origins are omni-roasted to suit all brew methods. We roast every week, five days per week to ensure beans are always fresh.
